Ok, what I can tell you- if i go for a fest like thing, I have to think of my schedule and it would be like writing from April till July and i would allow 15 persons max to participate. There would be no punishment if people let me _know_ the dropped it, simply disappearing would be no sign-up the next round. And then people who are part of it would get a badge or something from me.
