[Mod-Post:] Fest- Announcement!

As per your request SOA will be hosting the first traditional fest this year!

How will it be?

1. Timeline:
   
   
   
   • Traditional prompting: February 1st - 28th
   
   
   • Claiming begins: March 1st
   
   
   • Works due: April 12th
   
   
   • Posting starts: May 1st
   
   
   
   



2. The 4 prompting posts will stay the same- because after the fest, the prompts will once again be open for everyone to choose and write for.



3. All prompts will be avaliable (starting from round01- to the new ones) and one prompt can be claimed as often as people want to claim it- 3 persons claiming the same prompt leads to one additional spot for claiming -I highly doubt this will go into effect, but I want it to be fair and that we still have many different sort of stories.



4. Depending on sign-ups: claiming will stay open until April 5th or 20 spots for fic are filled. Art is welcome in all it's form as many as you want! Podfic follows the same rule.
   If you have a spot, handed-in your work and want to do another- you will be free to do so!



5. Hand in will be either you post it to the collection I shall open on AO3 or you will sent me the .doc/.docx/.odt to the hp_soa mod email!
   The standard-com header will apply but I will post more about it in greater detail in due time.



6. After the fest the monthly prompts and the usual posting will return to normal
