no, you don't need to state that- each prompt can be taken as often as it will be taken, so there is no need for that
this sign-up is just for the writers and creators to comment themselves, and do not forget about it (if they need that)
and for statistics because i like to make statistics (which will be numbers only and i will post them at the end of the round)
